Scammers are always looking for ways to replicate SFOR.TRADE communications and channels in an attempt to access your personal information and account. It’s important for you to know how to identify legitimate SFOR.TRADE websites and social media profiles, to keep your account secure.
Below are all of our official channels, methods of communication with you, and a series of details to look out for when you spot a phishing attempt. We will continue to update this list as we add or change communication methods.
Website
Carefully check the URL of the sfor.trade site in the address bar of your browser and make sure it does not contain alternative letters, numbers or special characters designed to make a phishing site look like sfor.trade. For example, the number "0" can be specified instead of the lowercase "o".
You should also pay attention to the lock symbol in your browser address bar, as all of our websites have it.
If you are on a site that looks like SFOR.TRADE but does not have the corresponding lock symbol in the address bar, you are probably on a phishing site!
Our official websites are:
- Exchange Website: https://www.sfor.trade;
- Support Services Website: https://sfortrade.freshdesk.com.
Mobile Apps
At the moment we don't have mobile apps, instead we use a full-featured adaptive mobile version of the site, which works fine in any modern mobile browser.
Emails
Phishing emails are incredibly widespread and can be very difficult to identify. We only have a few email addresses that we will use to contact you. Below are some tips to help you determine if an email is genuine.
Although email addresses are not 100% reliable, the first step in verifying the authenticity of an incoming email from SFOR.TRADE, is to look for the following Email addresses as the sender:
You should also pay close attention to the content of the email. We will never ask you to send us money, respond to our email with your login information, or give us access to your account in any way!
If you have received such an unsolicited email purporting to be from SFOR.TRADE, please contact our support team at support@sfor.trade before clicking on any link from the email or responding to the email.
Another way to check emails is to look at the links in the email. Our emails will only contain links to the websites, mobile apps or social media profiles included in this article. If you see any other URLs included in an email from SFOR.TRADE, do not click on them until you are sure the email really came from us.
Support
There are several ways to get in touch with our support team:
- Visit our support center website at https://sfortrade.freshdesk.com;
- Send an email to support@sfor.trade;
- Use the Telegram bot of our support service https://t.me/SFORTRADE_Support_bot.
We will never send you emails from mailboxes, email domains such as "@yahoo.com", "@gmail.com", "@outlook.com" or any other domain other than "@sfor.trade". Anyone sending you an email from third party domains and claiming to be from our support team is not legitimate.
We currently do not provide support by phone, SMS or any other communication channel that is not listed in this article.
If you are ever unsure about the legitimacy of a message, site, channel, or find someone claiming to offer support on behalf of SFOR.TRADE in any of these forms, please contact us at support@sfor.trade for assistance before responding to a message or entering account information.
Social media
We have several social media channels that scammers may try to impersonate. While our legitimate accounts will be verified on social media as soon as possible, some of our accounts may remain temporarily unverified.
