Disable or remove automatic email forwarding, which can be set on your email account that you used to register your account at SFOR.TRADE. This can be the reason of interception of information important for security of your account on the exchange.
We also advise immediately changing your password from our support portal to ensure a secure line of communication for us with you.
If possible, disable any remote assistance software that may be running on your computer and run a malware scan on your computer.
Immediately after that write a letter to support@sfor.trade, from e-mail address your account is registered at SFOR.TRADE, and specify:
- Your UID (User identifier indicated in your profile);
- The reason of appeal (describe in details when and how you noticed the suspicious activity, what you consider as evidence of hacking of your account);
- All auxiliary information you have (IP, browser, changes in account settings, etc.).
