Problems with receiving SMS when authorizing at SFOR.TRADE, changing account settings or confirming withdrawal request may be caused by the following reasons:
- there is not enough space on the phone to receive a text message;
- the phone is out of range of the network;
- sometimes there may be problems if the subscriber is roaming;
- problems on the side of mobile operators;
- "hanging" of phone software, in this case SMS come after network connection renewal or device rebooting.
If you do not receive an SMS message, we recommend that you do not send your request a large number of times in a short period of time. You should repeat your request every 10 minutes. If the problem is not resolved within 30-40 minutes, contact support.
How to fix problems with receiving SMS messages?
To solve your problem with receiving SMS, try using the recommendations below:
- if you have a SIM card, check that it is correctly installed;
- make sure that your SMS reception app is used by default to receive SMS;
- make sure that you are using the latest version of your SMS reception app;
- check your mobile network signal;
- if your device is in "Airplane" mode, turn it off.
If you have carefully checked all items mentioned above, your smartphone works properly, but you still don't receive SMS from SFOR.TRADE, write an email with the detailed description of the situation to our support service's mailbox support@sfor.trade. We will try to help you as soon as possible.
